The transformation of the Group is underway, and we are carrying it out with choices agreed between elected representatives and members of management. The agricultural and agri-food worlds leave no room for wait-and-see. It's up to us to write our own future.
Despite a complicated environment, we had a satisfactory year, in line with our AMBiTiON 2030 corporate strategy and our commitment to CSR. I would like to pay tribute to the commitment and dynamism of our teams, who have made a major contribution to this transformation and to our performance projects.
With its 5,000 farmer members and 4,300 employees, Maïsadour is a major economic player in all the regions in which it operates. Our actions to promote sustainable agriculture are meaningful for our employees and all our stakeholders. It is therefore essential that we continue to transform our Group by involving our employees and working with all our stakeholders.
