The volailles fermières du Gers are raised in accordance with tradition, outdoors, on grassy or wooded places. These breeding methods ensure the welfare of our poultry and give them optimum growth conditions: space, fresh air, natural feed…

From a rustic breed with a very slow growth, the poultry has a 100% plant-based feed, minerals and vitamins, including 80% of cereals. Their feed consists mainly of a mixture of soybeans, alfalfa and corn.

It is in this context that our farm chickens, guinea fowls and other festive poultry live and develop such a firm and tasty flesh.
